Unpackaged items will not be transported, nor will goods that, by their nature,
are unsuitable for transportation by land or air.

Dangerous goods, and those that do not conform to TPC and IATA rules and other
regulations, will also not be accepted.

With regards to volume, this
will be applied when the weight of the parcel is less than the quantity obtained
by the multiplication of its dimensions (length, width, height) divided by 6,000
for international, and by 3,000 for national deliveries.

All packages that aren’t documents, except for those transported within the
European Union should be accompanied an invoice.

| Economical Conditions |

Customs charges will either be invoiced to sender or addressee according to
requirements.

All parcels have shipment insurance, by land 4.5 €/kg (LOTT) and by air 20 $ per
shipment.
